Our client Alice was after something a little different. Her inspiration photos were of a 'Scandinavian style' building very sleek clean lines no overhang on roof and windows and doors flush with the exterior Cladding. Alice's plot was on a high-rise garden within unusual shaped corner plot that we had to cater to. We particularly liked her designs and inspiration and were up for the challenge to accommodate her requirements at face value. It appears to be a standard structured square building although hidden discreetly of the main living lounge is a side office room with ample space for double desk but you will not see this from the front of the building which keeps its clean aesthetic. Although the building appears petite from the outside it actually has ample space large living area with freestanding L shape sofa and a rear door for access to garden grounds behind property so this building is fully functional and looks great on the high-rise garden plot the chic overall aesthetic gives it this real modern feel and hope to make more like this in the near future.
